1. General Use

This website is owned and operated by El Jefe Kennels AZ. All content, images, logos, and information are the intellectual property of El Jefe Kennels AZ and may not be reproduced without permission.

2. Puppy Availability & Pricing

Puppy availability is on a first-come, first-served basis. Prices are subject to change based on the puppy's age, quality, color, and rights (pet vs. full breeding). A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a puppy.
We reserve the right to refuse service or sale to anyone for any reason.

3. Health Guarantee

All puppies are sold with a limited health guarantee outlined in our written Purchase Agreement. Buyers must have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of pickup/delivery to validate the health guarantee.
We do not cover:
- Non-life-threatening issues (e.g., cherry eye, hernias, allergies, etc.)
- Injuries or illnesses that occur after transfer to the buyer
- Conditions resulting from neglect or poor care

4. Breeding Rights

Some puppies may be sold with full breeding rights, which are priced higher and subject to breeder approval. If no rights are purchased, puppies are sold as pet only, and spay/neuter is required.
Misuse of pet-only puppies for breeding may result in legal action and loss of future purchasing privileges.

5. Payments & Refund Policy

- Deposits are non-refundable
- Full balance is due before or at pickup/delivery
- No refunds will be given once the puppy is in the buyer’s possession, unless agreed upon in writing

6. Delivery & Transport

We offer local pickup in Page, AZ and may offer delivery or flight nanny services for an additional fee. Delivery arrangements must be confirmed in writing. All delivery costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

7. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Any personal information you provide (email, phone, address) will only be used to contact you regarding a puppy inquiry or sale. We will never sell or share your information with third parties.

8. Limitation of Liability

El Jefe Kennels AZ is not responsible for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from:
- Use or misuse of this website
- Purchases made without fully reading and agreeing to our contract
- Any issues arising after the puppy has left our care

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time without prior notice. Updates will be posted on this page.
